How to Shop:

2) Click "Add to Cart" to purchase an item

3) To check out and pay, simple click the trolley cart at the top right hand corner of the webpage.

How to Pay:

We accept Bank Transfers, ATM payments, Credit or Debit Card payments as well as PayPal.

Exchange/Return Policies

We are certain that you will love your purchase but in the unfortunate incident where you may be less than pleased with your item(s), please send us an email at threelittlebirds.enquiries@gmail.com informing us of the details of the issue so that our team can rectify the situation for you. For our valued Malaysian customers, please do inform us within 7 days after the item has been dispatched (Malaysia local deliveries will normally take about 1-3 days). The date of dispatchment can be found in the confirmation email/text that our Customer Service Team would have sent you to notify you that your item has been shipped. If you find that your exchange/return case do not meet the aforementioned terms and conditions, please do email us anyway as we will do our best to help you out on a case by case basis.

Shipping Information

Local Customers: At TLB, we prefer Pos Laju (1-2 days) or Pos Ekspres (3-5 days) for our valued Malaysian Customers. For purchases above RM50, you will be entitled to free shipping via Pos Laju!

International Customers: The current shipping option that we have set as default for our international customers is the Economical Intern'l Shipping as offered by Pos Malaysia. This option is perhaps the most economical and a safe way to get your item delivered although the waiting time is slightly longer. Shipping costs and duration of deliveries will vary according to your location. If you wish to change your choice of delivery carrier, please email us to allow our team to sort this out for you.
